1. IT services

- Before work starts: cancel any time for a full refund of your advance, minus any payment-gateway charges.
- After work starts: you pay for completed milestones and approved work. Any advance paid for milestones not yet started is refunded.
- Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, licences, app-store fees) are non-refundable once purchased.
- AMC / monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; the current month is not refunded.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
2. Mutual funds
We do not collect investment money — payments go directly to the fund house. Redemptions, exit loads and switches are governed by each scheme's documents and processed by the fund house. ELSS investments carry a 3-year lock-in.
3. Loans
We do not charge you for loan facilitation [EDIT: confirm this is true]. Any processing fee is charged by the lender and governed by the lender's policy and Key Fact Statement. If anyone asks you for money in Eversafe's name to approve a loan, do not pay — report it to us immediately.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@eversafefintech.com, call +91 73853 18051 or whatsapp us with your name, mobile number, project or invoice reference and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 working days.
