The rules for using our website and services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. "We", "us" and "Eversafe" mean EverSafe Fintech Services Pvt Ltd.

2. Information only

Content on this website is for general information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a guarantee of returns, or a guarantee of loan approval. Please make decisions based on your own circumstances and the official documents of each product.

3. IT services

  • Every project starts with a written proposal stating scope, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
  • Payment terms: [EDIT: e.g. 40% advance, 40% after design approval, 20% before launch].
  • On full payment, you own the final source code and design files created for you. We may reuse our general know-how, tools and non-client-specific components.
  • You are responsible for content you provide (text, images, logos) and confirm you have the right to use it.
  • Third-party costs — domain names, hosting, paid plugins, app-store fees, API usage — are paid by you unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Every project includes 30 days of free support for defects after launch. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate AMC plan.
  • Estimates shown by our website's cost tool are indicative and not a binding quote.

4. Mutual funds

  • We act as a mutual fund distributor (ARN-[XXXXXX]) and do not provide investment advisory services for a fee.
  • All investments are subject to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and Statement of Additional Information of the scheme. Please read them before investing.
  • Your money is paid directly to the mutual fund house; we never hold client funds.
  • Returns are not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future returns.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.

5. Loans

  • We are a referral and facilitation partner, not a lender. Loans are provided by RBI-registered banks and NBFCs.
  • Approval, amount, interest rate, fees and terms are decided solely by the lender. The lender provides a Key Fact Statement (KFS) before you sign.
  • We will never ask you to pay money to "approve" or "release" a loan.
  • Eligibility and EMI results on our website are rough illustrations only.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse it.
  • Keep any login details or documents you share with us secure on your side.

7. Our content

The website design, text, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Stock photos and videos are used under their providers' licences.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, lender decisions, or third-party services. Our total liability for any IT service is limited to the fees paid for that service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh. Before going to court, please raise your concern through our grievance process — most issues are solved there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
